A 14'' Full HD OLED screen in prototype

AU Optronics is a well-known manufacturer of display panels that make it into monitors from Samsung and LG. It's just unveiled a prototype OLED screen in Japan.It's a 14'' computer monitor, with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. It's also said to have a 100 000:1 contrast ratio, which is actually modest for OLED screens, where we're already used to ratios of over a million.
For the time being though, there aren't any more details ...
