Asus' new computer, the EeeBox, is designed to complement its EeePC range of netbooks and is the size of a paperback book. Its compact form factor allow it to be easily hung on the back of a monitor.
Apart from being so small, this new machine's killer feature is that, like some of Asus' netbooks, it can load a limited environment suitable for browsing the web in just 7 seconds.
It's available in both white and black:
Inside, these machines are built from fairly modest, netbook-standard, components. That means an Atom 270 1.6 GHz processor, 1 GB of RAM and an 80 GB hard drive.
Windows XP comes as standard, but a keyboard, mouse and other accessories don't.
