The Panasonic Lumix TZ7 is the undisputed star of 2009's superzoom compacts. It has a 25-300 mm zoom lens, a 10-Megapixel sensor and records 720p HD video. The Panasonic Lumix TZ10 is intended to be the TZ7's replacement. It has the same zoom lens and HD video function, but has a 12-Megapixel sensor and a GPS receiver.
Save a few quid on last year's star model or pick up the latest release from spring 2010? It's your call.
