With their new Lumix DMC-LX3, Panasonic have certainly produced a powerful compact:

• fast lens (f/2-2.8)
• large 3'' screen
• HD video

They've managed to pack all of these high-end features into a camera whose attractive case is sure to please entry-level consumers.
