First iPod nano video samples in the Product Face-Off

As we saw at Apple's event at the start of the month, the 'revolutionary' aspect of the latest generation of the iPod nano is that it includes a new mini-camcorder.  Steve Jobs and the rest of the team used the launch to make unfavourable comparisons with other handheld video cameras: for the same price as the new nano, they said, the competition make bigger, bulkier cameras with less storage space, and don't act as MP3 players as well.

Morgane Alzieu, our photography, video and printing technician wanted to see how good the new nano was a camcorder.  Tristan François, our audio specialist, already mentioned in his full test of the iPod nano 5G.  Now you can make up your own mind with the still frames in our Camcorder Product Face-Off.
