Graphics card test: the fastest out there and one at under £100

The two graphics cards on the menu today are diametrically opposed though both are from the same manufacturer. The Radeon HD 5970 is quite simply the fastest of the current crop and the Radeon HD 5750 is a model around the £100 mark.

Several questions then. Firstly is the Radeon HD 5970 also a monster in terms of energy consumption? Or can you use it without needing your own personal power station?

Also, has ATI given us an unbeatable price/performance ratio in the Radeon HD 5750? Priced at under £100, if you can play the latest titles without too many concessions, no one can doubt it will be a resounding success.
