New Test: Monitors from Dell and Samsung

It's a duel that we've been waiting for for a long time: Dell versus Samsung. One of them comes out with four stars, but the other picks up our maximum of five.The two monitors in question are the Dell U2410, a 24'' screen with a 6 ms IPS panel inside, while the other is the Samsung SyncMaster F2380, a 23'' screen which this time uses a C-PVA panel with an 8 ms response time.
