Office 2010 out yesterday

At Digital Versus, we do hardware. Of course, there's quite a difference between media centres and vacuum cleaners, but it's all hardware.
Sometimes we like to shake ourselves up a bit if we have the time between tests, and give you the skinny on new software. Sorry, not today. The new Microsoft Office 2010 suite came out on Tuesday and nobody in the lab had a second to let you know that it's on the market for £84.99 in the Home and Student version (single user), or £101.91 for 3 home users.
Not a minute to tell you about Office 2010's Web Apps either, which, through Live.com (you'll need a Live account - your Messenger for example) allow you to create, and modify online, documents in free and very light versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Yes we're impressed that Microsoft is looking to enter battle with Google on its own turf!
Perhaps we should be running 2010 through its paces after all?
