With pricing set to be around £3500, this is definitely not a product for everybody, but InFocus hopes to be able to justify its decision with a high quality product. It's left the mid-range behind for the time being, with the curvy X10 making way for a return to InFocus' traditional chunky styling.
The main tech specs are as follows:
- 1080p DLP
- 1300 lumens
- 120 Hz (but there is no news about 3D)
- 5 000:1 for 'normal' contrast and 30 000:1 for dynamic contrast (give the first figure more attention)
- 2500 hours of lamp use in eco mode
- Lens-shift: 30% vertical and 15% horizontal, with manual movement of the lens, a rare feature on a DLP projector
