Touchscreen devices are everywhere. Not so long ago, they were a futuristic vision, but now, finger-powered interfaces seem to be ready to contribute to the birth of a whole new type of product: the tablet computer. Let's take a look at this next generation of mobile devices.Our video round-up looks at the first of these high-tech gadgets to arrive. We're still not entirely sure how these products will be received, and tablets, like netbooks before them, seem to suffer from a lot of uncertainty.
